Chelmsford City Youth FC Under 9 Clarets

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the chaps who knuckled down and organised tomorrow's mini festival at such short notice. Stacey and Steve jumped as soon as they heard the news and I don't think much actual work was done. I know that many others have been involved, too, so well done all. It promises to be a fun morning. Don't forget your suncream, as well as plenty to drink. I am (hopefully) bringing a gazebo to provide a little shelter. I'll also try to remember my offerings for the raffle.

I won't be at training tonight, as my work has organised a FREE karting event for all employees at Ipswich. It, too, promises to be a fun event and I hope I won't be too battered and bruised come the morning.

I hope the boys enjoy their day tomorrow. It was a shame about the decision (forced) to postpone the Stadium tournament, but life can be unfair at times, eh? At least the boys will get a chance to play in the stadium later in the year.
